TERMS & CONDITIONS — by Yaltykova

These Terms & Conditions apply when you book a photoshoot with by Yaltykova. By booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking fee of 50 % is required to reserve your date.

  • The remaining balance is due on the shoot day

  • Dates are not confirmed until the booking fee is received

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Please see your contract for the information on your booking fees are refundable or not.

  • Rescheduling due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances is allowed if the new date is available.

  • If the photographer must cancel, all payments will be refunded.

3. Photoshoot Expectations

  • Please arrive on time and prepared.

  • Extra time beyond the agreed session may incur additional fees.

  • The photographer is not responsible for missed shots due to lateness, restrictions, or uncooperative behavior.

4. Delivery of Images

  • Images are delivered through Pixieset online galleries.

  • Delivery time is 7 days after the client has completed the picture selection.

  • RAW or unedited files are not provided.

  • Editing style is part of the photographer’s artistic identity and cannot be changed drastically.

5. Copyright & Client Usage

  • Copyright remains with by Yaltykova.

  • Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share photos.

  • Images may not be sold, heavily edited, or used commercially without written permission.

6. Photographer’s Use of Images

  • Images may be used for portfolio, website, or social media only if you provide explicit consent.

  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

7. Archiving

  • Pixieset galleries remain available for 12 months.

  • Long-term storage is not guaranteed.

  • Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their photos.

8. Liability

  • The photographer is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond control (equipment failure, file corruption, force majeure)

  • Injuries or accidents during the photoshoot

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

9. Weather & Outdoor Sessions

For outdoor shoots:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather

  • Light and weather conditions may affect the final results

  • Client safety and comfort are prioritized

10. Final Product

  • Minor retouching is included.

  • Extensive retouching (body modification, object removal, heavy manipulation) may require an additional fee.

11. Agreement
